Abschlussfahrt - Holland 2015 | Graduation trip - Netherlands 2015

Hallo meine Lieben,
ich habe es dann doch nicht so mit der Regelmäßigkeit wie ich das immer behaupte, aber immerhin poste ich öfter als der liebe Maexwell. Zumindest habe ich das im Zeitraum von August bis Oktober, denn bei mir kündigen sich stressige Zeiten an und ich habe keine Ahnung wie das dann hier mit dem Blog laufen wird, ich hoffe eigentlich, dass er nicht allzu sehr davon betroffen ist, aber ich kann es auch nicht versprechen, da es einfach ziemlich offen ist. Ich entschuldige mich aber schon einmal im Voraus, aber darum soll es heute nicht gehen, denn ich werde euch heute mal ein bisschen von meiner Reise nach Holland im vergangenen Monat berichten, da ich nicht gedacht hätte, dass mich dieses Land irgendwie in seinen Bann zieht.
Ihr wisst sicherlich, dass ich gerne reise und mir auch viel ansehe. Ich liebe es immer wieder neues zu entdecken. Sei es in meiner Heimatstadt oder woanders. Ich bin einfach zu neugierig.
Und so war das auch mit Holland. Ich war dort vom 7.09.-11.09. und wir hatten wunderbares Wetter. Klar, es hat auch mal geregnet, aber nicht wirklich oft und nicht in gewaltigen Strömen, wenn ihr versteht.
Ich versuche diesen Bericht, aber sehr normal zu halten und nicht allzu viel von der Klassenfahrt einfließen zu lassen, denn ich glaube, dass ihr nicht am Treiben meiner Klasse interessiert seid. :'D

I don't post so regularly as I promise, but at least I'll post more often than the beloved Maexwell. At least during the period from August to October because for now there will be a very stressful time and I have no idea how to post in this time. I hope, that the blog wouldn't be hurt because of this, but I can't promise because it's just pretty unknown to me. But I apologize already in advance, but that shouldn't be my topic today because I want to write about my trip to the Netherlands last month because I didn't think, that this country could be magical to me. I always love to discover something new. Be it in my home town or elsewhere. I'm just too curious.
And so it was also with the Netherlands. I was there from 7.09.-11.09. and we had wonderful weather. Sure, it has also rained sometimes, but not really often and not in huge flows, if you understand.
I'm trying to keep this report very normal and not to incorporate too much to the class trip because I believe, that you are not interested in the situation of my class. :'D
So..

                        Unterkunft/Accommodation

Ich war seit zwei Jahren endlich wieder einmal an der Nordseeküste und ich hatte eigentlich auf den Starken Gezeitenwechsel gehofft, aber da, wo wir waren, war dieser leider nicht so stark wahrzunehmen, was ich ein bisschen traurig fand, denn immerhin ist die Nordsee doch so dafür bekannt.
Wir waren also explizit in Zandvoort, einem Küstenort Hollands und dort waren wir genauer gesagt im Centerpark.

Gewohnt haben wir in Bungalows und ich kann jetzt hier nur die Bungalows für acht Personen beschreiben, weil ich in so einem gelebt habe und keinen Einblick in die kleineren Bungalows hatte. Wir waren ziemlich weit hinten im Centerpark und somit hatten wir einen ziemlich weiten Weg zum Marketdome und auch zum Strand, aber wenn man die richtigen Leute dabei hatte, war der Weg dann doch nicht so lang. :p
Zurück zu den Bungalows..
Die Bungalows für acht Personen hatten zwei Etagen. In der oberen Etage befanden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten und einem Schrank, und ein großes Bad mit einer Badewanne. In der unteren Etage gab es dann noch einmal ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und einem großen Schrank, den Wohnbereich mit zwei Sofas, einem Tisch und einem Fernseher. Direkt daran angeschlossen war dann eine Küche mit einem Herd, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach. Davor stand dann ein Esstisch und, was ich persönlich ganz cool fand, einen Kamin, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Desweiteren war dann dort noch eine große Kommode.
Auf dem Flur befanden sich dann noch ein kleines Bad mit einer Dusche und eine Gästetoilette, sowie einem Kleiderhaken.
Außerhalb des Bungalows gab es dann noch einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit sämtlichen Hausgeräten drin (wie zum Beispiel ein Staubsauger oder eine Wäschespinne).
Vor dem Bungalow gab es dann noch eine kleine Sitzecke mit Gartenmöbeln.
Das Bungalow war übrigens mit allem ausgestattet, was Teller und Gläser betraf. Außerdem gab es noch ein Willkommenspaket, wo drei Geschirrspültabs (für den Geschirrspüler in der Küche), eine kleine Flasche Fit und ein Schwamm, sowie ein Lappen drin waren.

Finally I went once again to the North Sea coast after two years and I was hoping to see the strong tidal currents, but where we were, this wasn't possible and I was a little bit sad because after all, this is what the North Sea is.
We were in Zandvoort, a coastal village in the Netherlands and there we were more precise in  a Center Park.
We lived in bungalows and I can now describe only the bungalows for eight people because I have lived in one and had no insight into the smaller bungalows. We were pretty far back in the Center Park and so we had a pretty long way to the Market Dome and also to the beach, but if you had the right people there, the way wasn't so long. :p
Back to the bungalows..
The bungalows for eight people had two floors. On the upper floor were three bedrooms with two beds and a closet, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there was once a bedroom with two beds and a large closet, the living area with two sofas, a table and a TV.
Directly connected to it was a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Prior to then there was a dining table and, what I personally found very cool, a fireplace, which we didn't use. Furthermore, there was then still a large dresser.
On the hall were still a small bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet, and a coat hook.
Outside the bungalow there was still a utility room with all home appliances in it (such as a vacuum cleaner or a clothes dryer).
Outside the bungalow there was still a small sitting area with garden furniture.
The bungalow was actually equipped with everything (plates and glasses).
There was also a welcome pack, where three dishwasher tablets (for the dishwasher in the kitchen), a small bottle of Fit, a sponge and a cloth were inside.

                       
                                                       Essen/Food

Um es gleich zu sagen, es war Selbstverpflegung in diesem Center Park und man sollte sich möglichst die Sachen gleich von zu hause mitbringen oder sie außerhalb des Centerparks kaufen, denn im Marketdome sind die Produkte verdammt teuer und ganz ehrlich? Das Geld könnt ihr euch für andere wunderschöne Sachen aufheben.
In meinem Bungalow gab es einen ausgewogenen Essensplan. Natürlich haben wir auch am ersten Abend, wie die meisten andere Schüler auch, erst einmal Nudeln gekocht, einfach weil die schnell zu machen sind und wir sind ja erst relativ spät angekommen.
Am zweiten Tag gab es bei uns dann Eierkuchen, am Mittwoch gab es dann Putenfilet mit Reis und gekochten Gemüse und am Donnerstag waren wir abends bei den anderen eingeladen und diese haben dann Fischstäbchen und Würstchen mit Kartoffelbrei gemacht. Am Freitag waren wir Mittags schon wieder unterwegs, weshalb es dann dort für mich Sandwich aus dem Supermarkt gab, wobei andere aus meiner Klasse sich dann schnell Pommes oder sowas geholt haben oder einen Salat aus dem Supermarkt gegessen haben.
Morgens gab es dann meistens Toast mit süßem Brotaufstrich, weil ich ganz viel davon mitgebracht habe.
An sich habe ich nichts typisch Holländisches gegessen, während ich dort war, was aber keinesfalls schlimm war. Ich habe mir auch eigentlich, wenn man den Freitag mal raus nimmt, nur einmal was zu Essen dort geholt und das war, ungesund, ich weiß, ein Döner. :'D

To say it now, it was self-catering in this Center Park and you should bring things from home or buy them outside of the Center Park because at the Market Dome, the products are very expensive and to be honest? You can save the money for other wonderful things.
In my bungalow there was a balanced eating plan. Of course we also cooked noodles on the first evening, like most other students, simply because they are quick to make and we arrived relatively late.
On the second day we had pancakes, on Wednesday we ate turkey fillet with rice and boiled vegetables and on Thursday evening the others invited us for dinner and they made fish fingers and bangers and mash. On Friday we had no lunch because we had to travel back to Germany but we bought things, I bought sandwiches from the supermarket, while others from my class ate fries or bought something or have eaten a salad from the supermarket.
In the morning we usually ate toast with sweet spread, because I brought a lot of them.
Actually I haven't eaten anything typical Dutch, while I was there, but that wasn't bad.
I've also, when you take out the Friday, brought just once something to eat and that was, unhealthy, I know, a kebab. :'D



                                               Aktivitäten/Activities

Hier kann ich euch leider nur mein Programm darlegen, weil ich nicht viel sonst machen konnte. Auf jeden Fall habe ich mir mit der Klasse die Städte Amsterdam und Den Haag angesehen (mit einer Stadtführung und Erkunden auf eigene Faust). Desweiteren waren wir auf zum Shoppen in Haarlem und wir waren im Corpus, was ich euch allen echt empfehlen kann. So gesehen ist das Corpus ein interaktives Museum über den menschlichen Körper. Man geht mit seiner Gruppe durch den menschlichen Körper und danach hatte man noch die Möglichkeit Experimente durchzuführen, die an einigen Stellen leider nur auf Niederländisch waren, was mich leider sehr enttäuscht hat. Ich meine, wenigstens Englisch hätte man doch mit benutzen können, oder? Heutzutage sprechen viele Menschen Englisch, aber na' gut. Sonst war das Museum super und ich kann es vor allem auch Familien empfehlen. 

Am letzten Tag, Freitag, waren wir dann noch im Anne Frank Haus in Amsterdam und leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit. Ich persönlich habe nicht alles davon sehen können, aber ich kann hier schon einmal die Asthmatiker vorwarnen. Das Haus hat so seine Tücken, ganz besonders die steilen Treppen, die mich manchmal schon an meine Grenzen gebracht haben. 

An sich war es aber erschreckend und doch interessant zugleich. Ich brauche euch doch jetzt nicht hier von Anne Frank zu erzählen. Ich hoffe, ihr wisst alle, wer sie war und vor allem, was sie für uns alle bedeuten sollte. 

Here I can only explain my program to you, unfortunately, because I couldn't do much else. 
Anyway, I have seen the cities Amsterdam and Den Haag (with a guided tour and explore on your own). We also went shopping in Haarlem and we were in Corpus, I can really recommend to all of you. The corpus is an interactive museum about the human body. You go with a group through the human body and after that you have the opportunity to perform experiments that were, unfortunately, sometimes only in Dutch, which disappointed me sometimes. 
I mean, they could have used at least English, right? Nowadays, many people speak English, but oh 'good. Otherwise the museum was great and I would recommend it especially to families.
On the last day, Friday, we were still in the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam and unfortunately we didn't have enough time. I couldn't see all of it, but I can already warn asthmatics. 
The house has its pitfalls, especially the steep stairs, that have brought me to my limits sometimes.

As such, it was frightening and yet at the same time interesting. I didn't have to tell you about Anne Frank. I hope you all know who she was, and most importantly, what she should mean for all of us.

                    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Shopping

Auch dazu kann ich eher wenig sagen, da wir meist in den Städten unterwegs waren und es dort offensichtlich sämtliche Kettengeschäfte gab, wie H&M oder Primark. Essen haben wir meist im Albert Heijn gekauft, was dort die primäre Lebensmittelgeschäftekette ist und ich kann dort nicht über die Produkte meckern. Besonders nicht über den Käse, denn der schmeckt besonders gut bei den Holländern.
Natürlich gab es in den Großstädten an beinahe jeder Ecke ein Souvenirgeschäft und eins habe ich natürlich auch besucht.
In Amsterdam gibt beinahe an jedem Tag einen Markt, wobei der Blumenmarkt, glaube ich, nicht an jedem Tag dort ist, aber ihr solltet trotzdem mal die Zeit finden und über diesen gehen. Ich wette, ihr habt noch nie so viele Tulpen auf einem Haufen gesehen (und werft mal ein Blick in die Regale. Vielleicht entdeckt ihr dann auch das Cannabis-Starter-Paket). :'D
Und natürlich kann ich hier noch einmal erwähnen, dass ihr nichts im Marketdome kaufen braucht, besonders keinen Alkohol, denn die Preise für eben jenen sind beinahe unmenschlich. 

Here I can say not much more because in the cities were obviously all chain stores such as H&M or Primark. We mostly bought our food we mostly bought in Albert Heijn, which is the primary grocery chain there and I can't complain about the products there. Especially not about the cheese, because it tastes especially good in the Netherlands.
Of course there were souvenir shops in the large cities on nearly every corner and one I have also visited.
There is a market almost everyday in Amsterdam and the flower market, I believe, isn't there everyday, but you should take time to go to this market anyway. I bet you've never seen so many tulips on a pile (and look at the shelves. Maybe you see the Cannabis Starter Package). :'D

And of course I can even mention it again, that you don't need to buy anything at the Market Dome, especially no alcohol, because the prices for this is almost inhuman there.

                                   Fazit/Conclusion

Ich habe es bereits einmal woanders erwähnt, es war eine wunderbare Abschlussfahrt mit meiner Klasse und ich habe mich irgendwie in dieses Land verliebt. Es ist Deutschland sehr ähnlich und doch hat es eine ganz andere, schönere Atmosphäre. Vielleicht werde ich irgendwann dorthin noch einmal zurückkehren.
Ab und zu würde ich gerne noch einmal zurück. um noch einmal diese Fahrt zu erleben. In Gedanken tue ich das mittlerweile öfter, denn ich weiß leider auch, dass man nicht einfach die Zeit zurückdrehen kann. :)
Ihr solltet unbedingt mal in dieses Land. Es hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme.
I have already mentioned it elsewhere, it was a wonderful graduation trip with my class and I kinda fell in love with this country. It is very similar to Germany and yet it has a very different, more beautiful atmosphere. Maybe I'll eventually go back there again.
From time to time I would like to return once again, relive this journey. 
In my mind I'm doing this more often now, because, unfortunately, I also know that we can't just turn back. :)

You should definitely check out this country. It has its own unique charm.
