Gruppencosplayshooting - Sailor Moon

Hallo,
wie einige von euch wissen bin ich eher der blutige Anfänger, wenn es um Cosplayshootings geht. Ja, ich habe hier früher in der Cosplayreihe auch Bilder von mir gezeigt, aber die entstanden entweder mithilfe der Innenkamera meines Telefons und mithilfe meines Bruders, welcher mir zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht wirklich Anweisungen geben konnte und einfach auf den Auslöser gedrückt hat. Erst seit ungefähr letztem Sommer hatte ich dann doch das ein oder andere Shooting und gewann so langsam an Erfahrung. 
Am 30.07. erhielt ich dann eine Anfrage für ein Sailor Moon Gruppenshooting in Leipzig und ich war überrascht. Sailor Merkur ist eins der Cosplays, die mir etwas auf eine besondere Weise bedeuten und mir war am Anfang des Jahres nicht wirklich bewusst, dass es doch so einige Menschen gibt, die dieses Cosplay an mir mögen (und so auch mal ein anderes Cosplay hervorheben als nur Rachel Amber). Allerdings bat ich um Bedenkzeit. Ich informierte mich über die Regelungen in Sachsen und sagte dann schlussendlich nach ein paar Tagen zu. 
Ich danke hier auch ma_ki.ro, die mich dann im August begleitete. Wenn ich ehrlich bin, war ich noch nie allein mit meinem Auto in Leipzig, auch wenn ich schon vier Jahre meinen Führerschein und mein Auto besitze, aber es gab nie wirklich einen Anlass dazu, weshalb ich doch ziemlich aufgeregt war. 
An der geplanten Location angekommen, stellte sich schnell heraus, dass man für die Messehallen in Leipzig eine Genehmigung benötigt. Wir hatten keine, weshalb ein anderer Plan hermusste und wir die Location wechselten und dann begann das Drama. Ich fühlte mich leicht überfordert und habe wohl so viel wie noch nie in meinem Auto geflucht. Im Nachhinein war es echt nicht schlimm durch Leipzig zu fahren und meine Beifahrerin tut mir immer noch leid. Das nächste Mal bin ich nicht so hysterisch, versprochen. 
Die neue Location war grandios und wenn ich ehrlich bin, dachte ich am Anfang, dass es eher weniger zu Sailor Moon passt und eher so für ein "The Last of Us" Shooting grandios wäre, aber ihr könnt an den Endergebnissen sehen, dass es einfach super aussieht.
Als dann alle da waren, wurde ich erschlagen und wenn ich ehrlich bin, war ich eingeschüchtert. Wir waren eine komplette Sailor Moon Gruppe und alle sahen extrem schön aus. Da fühlte ich mich anfangs ein wenig fehl am Platz, aber das Gefühl verging sobald wir angefangen hatten zu shooten.

Um vorab alle zu beruhigen, kann ich euch sagen, dass wir außerhalb der Kamera immer den Abstand zu anderen eingehalten haben, sonst haben wir die Maximalgruppenanzahl eingehalten (und der Fotograf hatte zudem mehr als nur den Mindestabstand eingehalten). Es war alles innerhalb eines legalen Rahmens. Und nun zurück zum Thema..
Dadurch, dass ich bisher nur in einem kleineren Rahmen geshootet hatte, hatte ich am Anfang gedacht, dass es sehr chaotisch wird. Wir hatten uns zwar vorbereitet und alle hatten Referenzbilder herausgesucht, aber wir standen unter Zeitdruck, da einige der Cosplayerinnen an diesem Tag noch weiter mussten. 
Doch dank einer sehr guten Koordination klappte alles sehr gut.

Die Einzel- und Paarbilder wurden abseits der Gruppe mit maximal vier Personen (, wenn man einen Assistenten brauchte) gemacht. Bei mir waren es zum Beispiel nur die Fotografin und ich. Ich stand vor einem Greenscreen und das Endergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Es ist nun schon seit geraumer Zeit mein Profilbild auf Instagram und ich liebe es einfach. Ich glaube mehr kann ich dazu nicht mehr sagen. 

Auf jeden Fall verging das Shooting sehr schnell und ehe man sich wieder versah, saß man bereits im Auto auf dem Weg nach Hause, doch dieses eine Shooting hat mir persönlich sehr viel gebracht. 
Neben wunderbaren Bildern wurde mir unter anderem bewusst, dass es sich lohnt auch mal spontan zu sein und Sachen nicht zehntausend Mal zu zerdenken und, dass eine gute Vorbereitung auf ein Shooting die halbe Miete ist. 
Ich hatte bisher nur die Posen von meinen Charakteren im Kopf und kam dann trotzdem manchmal schon in die Situation, wo ich mir dachte:"Ja gut, das sind alle, die mir einfallen. Und nun?". Ich denke, dass ich bei kommenden Shootings im Cosplaybereich ebenfalls vorab Posen recherchieren werde. Das macht es für mich und vielleicht auch für den Fotografen einfacher.
Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen, dass ich für Gruppenshootings immer gern zur Verfügung stehe, wenn sie a) nicht zu weit weg von meiner Heimat sind (Ich fahre nicht 4-5 Stunden für ein Shooting!), b) thematisch zu mir passen und c) sich in dieser schwierigen Zeit an die Auflagen des jeweiligen Bundeslandes halten. 
Also, immer wieder gern. So langsam macht mir das Hobby wieder richtig Spaß!

as some of you already know I'm new to cosplay photoshootings. Okay, I already uploaded cosplay pictures back in the old days but either I used my phone or my little brother shot my pictures even though he was to young at this time and couldn't really say a thing about how to pose. I really started with photoshootings last summer and slowly I gained knowledge. 
On the 30th of July I got a request for a Sailor Moon group photoshooting in Leipzig and I was surprised. Sailor Mercury is one of the cosplays, that mean so much to me on a special way and I wasn't aware that so many would like this cosplay (and hype it like Rachel Amber).
But I needed time. I informed myself about the Covid-19 rules in Saxony and after some days I said: "Yes.".
I'm thanking ma_ki.ro because she accompanied me that day. To be honest.. I was never alone in Leizpig, even though I got my driver licence and my car for about four years now. I never had a real reason and so I was excited. 
When we arrived at our planned location (Messehallen), we had to change it after some time because we didn't have a approval for a photoshooting there and as we changed our location, the drama in my car began to rise. I was overwhelmed and I swear, I never swore so much in my car. After all it wasn't really bad and I feel sorry for my co-driver. Next time, I'm not so hysterical, I swear.
Our next location was breathtaking and to be honest, I wasn't quite sure at the beginning. I thought, that it wouldn't fit to the Sailor Moon feeling (more like "The Last of Us"), but as you can see, it fit and it looks amazing. 
As everyone arrived, I was overwhelmed again and to be honest, I was scared. We were a complete group and everyone looked so beautiful. I felt lost but this changed after we started.

Just to calm everyone, we always kept the distance to each other outside of the camera and besides that we kept the maximum of group members (whilst the photographer held the distance). Everything was legal and now back to topic..
As I said before I always had small photoshootings, so I thought that this would be chaotic. We prepared each other beforehand and we all got reference pictures but we had a time limit because some cosplayers had other important appointments that day. 
But thanks to a very good organization everything went well.

Now to the other photos, we shot them with distance to the group with a maximum of four people (if you had to use an assistant). To my stand-alone pictures I can tell you that there was only the photographer and the greenscreen. But the result is amazing. It's my profile picture on Instagram for a while now. I think, I don't have to say more to it. 

All in all the shooting was over soon and after some time I already was on my way home but this shooting was great.
Besides wonderful pictures, I was aware, that it can be nice to be spontaneous. You don't have to overthink things and good preparation can save a cosplay shooting. Until then I just remembered the character while posing and sometimes I was irritated and thought: "Okay, these were all the poses I could remember. And now?". I think that I'll prepare pictures when it comes to another cosplay photoshooting. It'll make things easier for me and also for the photographer.  
I have to say, that I'm available for group shootings, if they a) not to far away (I won't drive 4-5 hours for one shooting!), b) fit and c) follow the Covid-19 rules. 
So, anytime again. Finally this hobby makes fun again!

So, das war's dann auch schon wieder für den heutigen Post. 
Ich bedanke mich noch einmal bei allen Beteiligten. Unsere Bilder sind echt wunderschön geworden. 
Hoffentlich haben euch allen der Post und auch die Bilder gefallen. Es ist der letzte Post im September, wir lesen uns hier erst im Oktober wieder. Also genießt die letzten Septembertage!
